I don't have the energy to post about my great Vegas vacation cuz I'm worn out from the Flogging Molly concert but I want to post the pics so here ya go.....

Every day at work I see it, people wanted a quick fix or an easy way to feel/do better.  They always seem a little surprised when I say that...
