Happy Happy Sunday!

Another day in paradise :) Yesterday was a long day :( I got up and checked my bank statement to find out that I'm still getting billed for my sirius radio!!!! I don't even have that car anymore! So I called them, fun stuff, to try and get it fixed and I have to fax them some information. Then Mom took me to Moose's Scoots and Boots in Waipahu to see if I could find some boots. It's a cool store and if I needed leathers I would for sure find them but the boot selection was slim due to the crappy economy. They aren't keeping up their stock and on the verge of closing down. I bought a tshirt :( So.....if any random bikers read this that are on Oahu...GO BUY SOMETHING FROM MOOSE'S SCOOTS AND BOOTS.
We then came back home cuz that's all the shopping Mom was doing :) Well we had some biker's chilling at our house :) We ended up BSing for awhile and then once they took off so did I. I was on a mission! I went to the Pearlridge mall....nothing. I remember going to malls and all those little shoe stores always had boots, even Mom said that's where she picked up hers. But after my LONG day of shopping, without buying a damn thing, I realize that Hawaii isn't the place for boot buying :( I then went to the Harley distributor in Waipahu. Not what I expected when i found it online, but i went in and the older gentlemen was nice and helpful (the only one that was during the day) and said that Sears is an authorized dealing of H-D gear or the best bet will be Cycle City. Well by this time I still hadn't had lunch, my doctor's apt was in about 2 hrs, so I didn't have time to drive down to Cycle City. But I swore I would by boots THAT day! So I headed back towards home. I stopped at Walley World and picked up a girly mag, a twix bar, and then got some lunch at McD's just to calm down. I was starting to get frustrate/irritated with the whole boot buying thing. I even called Sean to bitch to him and he was surprise by the lack of boots that are in Hawaii. I wouldn't say that I was surprised (this is surfing country) but I didn't think it would be so hard! Well I stopped at the house and changed my shirt, just cuz, got online to find out about Cycle City and then was off to my appointment. That was quick and easy, but the place where I wanted to get my meds filled closed at 1 and is not open today....fun fun. So off to Cycle City....I left Haliewa at 4:30 and Cycle City closed at 6. I made it, big store room, lots of bikes...lots of testosterone. I walk in and there is a guy at the front who sort of says Hi and I asked about boots, he "figures" they'd be over there. I walk "over there" and they have like 3 types of women's boots. No one bats and eye at me, or even raises their head to acknowledge me. I'm a single girl in a man's world at this point-like car dealerships. They piss me off! So I figure if my other searches are worthless there are some boots there that are workable and I leave. Off to the NEX, I heard they were having a boot sale! NOT!!! So off to the Big Ass Mall in Honolulu. 3 floors later and who knows how many stores...I had no boots and desperately needed a drink! Texted Sean and told him I'm quiting and going home...we decided to meet back online. I was determined to buy some freakn' boots. Which I did, I ordered some killer Dr Martens :) Let's all pray that the Internet order gods smile on me and everything shows up in time/and fits:)
So....today is a total lazy day. I'm still working on my cup o coffee and it looks like I'm having a piece of home made pumpkin pie for breakfast! YUM I need to give Sami girl a hair cut and Mom and I are going to the polo matches at 2. Argentina is playing and according to Mom they usually have some good eye candy. double YUM!
