Go Acupuncture!

Well Mom has reached the end of her rope when it comes to Phoenix (11 days to go) and she called John (needle guy) for a visit. Well John is out of town but he has a woman covering for him and Mom saw her yesterday morning! OMG Mom was so HAPPY! She feels good, all her tension and stress went away! All with some needles :) YEAH for ancient Chinese medicine :)
We know Phoenix is worried/stressed about going home, he's even mentioned that he's scared that his dad (my bro) is going to get angry with him. We try to instill in him the importance of doing what is right and he shouldn't get into that much trouble. But it's like a constant brain fart with that boy! But even with him getting in trouble on a regular basis, he seems like a happy kid, so he has that going for him.
I'm not looking forward to my drill weekend. Not sure why but I'm not feeling it. I took care of some training that is due but I dunno...I guess I still feel as though I'm not too sure of what is going on. I guess it's cuz in Utah even though I was a reservist for the majority of the time I spent a lot of time with the unit, so it wasn't "just" showing up for my weekend duty. Even when I was on orders with TMO I was in that military mind frame. Now....I don't really think of that aspect of my life until it's time to go. Granted I'll get emails or updates about stuff,but the job its self is just during that one time of the month. So....that's been an adjustment. Going from being someone that sort of has her foot in the door, and kinda does my reserve stuff through out the month to just on those 2 days. I'm a traditional guardsman for once:) It's weird.
Mom went threw her Halloween stuff yesterday and I'm going to dress up as Columbia for The Rocky Horror Picture Show Friday night:) I need to make sure I have everything.....fishnets, blue socks, and a glittery red boy tie:)
