Well I was already in bed, but now I'm waiting on my luggage...so I figured I'd pass the time this way :)
I took some pics on my flight out here but as with the joy of moving I don't have my computer here or the cords to download the pics. They will be posted later.
SLC airport was a mad house this morning-freakn' Sundance crowd leaving! It it true that Utah has a different sort of folk. It's so obvious in the airports. SLC city has this cookie cutter thing going on with it's people-not a whole heck of diversity. Sat around in the Oakland airport for just about an hour and there were some major differences in people. It was pretty interesting. I had about a 2hr lay over in Maui, it wasn't bad at all.
I got in as you probably already picked up-without my luggage. No big deal. The parents decided to swing by a base to pick up some things and grab a bite to eat. I guess my healthy eating will start tomorrow cuz they had POPEYE'S!!! HELL YEAH! I love their mash potatoes! It hit the spot!
Got to the house and had a warm welcome from Sami girl, Guiselle, and Malia. They are the cutest. My room isn't bad at all, but we'll see once I get all my crap in there that I've sent in boxes etc. It might get a little "cozy" but it's MINE and it's RENT FREE!
Those luggage folks better show up soon-I'm freakn' tired! ARGH
