I woke later that usual so no yoga today:( I got to make it to the Saturday class, I really don't want to waste my monies! Yesterday Mom and I hung out, it was a good relaxing day:) She tried surfing, the last time she attempted it was last March! I stayed on the beach and was her support group:) She got up around 2x and I could tell it was a major work out. Constantly swimming out there, trying to catch a wave etc. I definitely got my work cut out for me! After that we went to Haliewa to play tourist:) That's always fun. You go into the store and the folks try to sale you stuff and you just browse waiting for that fun question "Where are you visiting from?" They never asked but whatever. We saw some cool stuff and we checked out the art galleries. Had an AWESOME lunch in town. People, do not make fun of little shacks on the side of the road that sell food! They are the BOMB DIGITY! We checked out some more stores and then drove to the Dole Plantation. They got a big store that I wanted to check out...Pineapple Wine-for those that have been to Okinawa...stopping on the way to go camping at the pineapple place and buying the wine was a highlight:) I didn't buy any cuz Mom said I could get it at the commissary so that will be definitely cheaper. But we both bought a little something snack wise and headed home. Mom picked up Phoenix from school and I made a couple of phone calls to clear up the air and to help a friend out:)
The back porch has been named "The Porch of Counseling" cuz that's where I hang out on the phone:) and it's near the "Fridge of Happiness" aka the beer fridge:) Over all it was a good day:)
I got work today from 2-6 so I got some free time....well I need to get cracking on studying. I HAVE to test by the end of the month. This NCO Academy CDC crap has drug out long enough! ARGH
